Based on a masterplan designed by Atelier Podrecca a transformation of a degraded area of a former textile industry along Lake Garda is on its way. The revitalization project encompasses establishment of a new infrastructure that will support the development of tourism. Different phases are planned for holiday housing, hotels, sport marina and reconstruction of the existing cultural heritage.
