The Štok + Pretnar architectural office undertook the renovation of a single-family house in the suburbs of Ljubljana into a luxury residence for two people. The two-story building includes the lower part, which is intended for daily living and guests, and the upper, private part for the couple.

The upper part is designed as a hotel suite, in which there are separate rooms for her and for him. Each of them has its own spacious bathroom and its own large dressing room. Prestigious materials such as stone, brass, leather, exotic veneers, mosaic, crystal intertwine in all rooms, where every detail and interweaving is carefully selected and planned.

Upholstered interiors have been carefully selected in nubuck or velvet to blend in with wall and floor coverings. Serial furniture was carefully selected from the collections of luxury brands, namely Fendi Casa, Longhi, Bocci, Porro, Antonio Lupi.

All walls are lined with wall coverings, veneered or upholstered in nubuck or fabric. On the upper floor, the softness of the rooms (except for the bathrooms) was achieved by laying soft carpet Hermitage by Coren.
